  “Terrible, unprofessional service. I turned up on time for my appointment and found that the therapist Kat had left the salon locked to go and do some errands. I waited 10m out the front of the salon and then called and she said she was 5m away. I waited 25m in total and still she didn't come. What a waste of time. I'm assuming she's not the owner as the owner would not be turning customers away...”
